Admission Criteria
Parents seeking admission for his / her ward to ALPHAGEN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL must fulfil the following prerequisites :
- Admission procedure begins only after the release of advertisement for admissions on social media . Advertisement would be published normally in the month of November / December on social media / School website
- Admission is available from class Nursery to grade X .
- Parents have to complete the registration formalities within the stipulated time as mentioned in the advertisement.
- Selected students along with parents would be called for interaction on a specified date and time (both the parents must be present)

Admission — Required Documents & Procedure
At the time of registration, the following documents along with the registration fee should be submitted at the Admission Section. The filled-in form should be submitted in the office along with:
Documents to be submitted
- Two latest coloured passport-size photographs of the student.
- Photograph of the parent with the child (passport size).
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (self-attested).
- Original Medical Certificate of the student.
- Photocopy of the result of the previous class (self-attested).
- Photocopy of student’s and parent’s Aadhaar card (self-attested).
- Photocopy of student’s passport (if applicable).
- Photocopy of local address proof (self-attested).
- Photocopy of minority certificate (if applicable).
- If the registration form is filled by guardians other than parents, this should be clearly indicated.
Note: Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, or forms submitted without photos, will not be accepted.
Admission Process

A basic admission test will be conducted on the specified date to determine eligibility for the particular class.
Both parents are required to be present at the time of the interview.

Admission will be confirmed only after the final interview.

Only meritorious students will be considered for mid-term admission on grounds of transfer or change of school.

The school reserves the right to admit a student to the appropriate class after examining the student. Even after admission is granted, the student may be adjusted to a lower or higher class (as applicable) depending on the student’s ability and at the discretion of the authorities. Admission is strictly subject to fulfilling all conditions and submission of requisite documents.
Important: Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days after the commencement of the academic session.
